個人簡介：

蘇明媛，南方科技大學醫學院副教授、研究員，博士生導師。2015年畢業于臺灣大學生化科學研究所。2016-2021年在美國加州大學伯克利分校和勞倫斯伯克利國家實驗室進行博士后訓練，在2021年5月加入南科大醫學院。致力于溶酶體的功能研究，包括細胞自噬、mTORC1等溶酶體信號傳導通路及相關疾病機理。以第一作者身份在Nature、Molecular Cell、Nature Communications 和Autophagy 等學術期刊上發表論文。

研究領域：

本課題組將利用結構生物學（X-ray 和cryo-EM）、生化、細胞生物學、質譜等多種方法來研究溶酶體信號調控，溶酶體運輸和合成的機制，了解溶酶體在細胞中的定位以及生合成是如何被調節的，為闡明溶酶體功能錯誤所引發的相關疾病的藥物設計提供理論基礎。
